Community Spaces

The Leominster Public Library welcomes the use of its Community Spaces for individuals, non-profit groups, and organizations during regular library hours. Please refer to the Community Spaces Policy for more information and full guidelines.

Reserving a Conference or Meeting Room

Groups may have one Community Space reservation at a time and reserve a space for up to three hours. Reservations may be made up to three months in advance. No food is permitted in Conference or Meeting Rooms without prior approval. Spaces may be reserved by submitting a Reservation Request Form to the Head of Adult Services.

Reserving a Study Room

The Library offers Sevenprivate study rooms that can be reserved by patrons on a first-come, first-served basis. The Library’s private study rooms may be used by individuals or small groups. 

There are five private study rooms on the second floor of the Library that can be used by any patron. Study Rooms can be reserved online, in person, or over the phone.

There are two private study rooms in the Dr. Martin T. Feldman Children’s Room on the first floor that may only be used by children (up to age 17). In accordance with our Child Safety Policy, children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult or responsible caregiver 13 or older. Study Rooms can be reserved in person or over the phone.

  • Patrons may only have one Study Room reservation at a time.
  • Study Rooms can be reserved for up to three hours.
  • Reservations can be made up to two weeks in advance.
  • Reservations will be canceled if patrons arrive more than 30 minutes after their scheduled time.
  • Staff can only open study rooms for the person whose name is on the reservation.
  • No food is permitted in Study Rooms.
